Shipping Information

Pickup Policy:

All orders will be ready for pick up 1-2 days from placed.  You will also receive a courtesy phone text message that your order is ready.  

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you have 5 business days to pick up your order from that date. 

Please make sure to bring your valid government-issued I.D. upon arrival, along with your order confirmation and number.  No orders will be released if your I.D. is not present.

 

Delivery Policy :

Local delivery is only available for orders over $20. Please be mindful that we are running on time. You will be contacted via text letting you know when your order is ready to be delivered, giving you a time slot. Deliveries will only be made Mon-Fri. Upon arrival you will be sent a text message advising that your order is at the given location. We will wait no more than 10 mins before returning to our location. If the order was not delivered due to lack of contact, you will be responsible for picking up your order from our location.

 

SHIPPING

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there is issues with verifying your address, you will be contacted via email.

 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at luxlunaboutique@gmail.com.  We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.  Lux Luna Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages once they have left our location.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add fees after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. Shipping can also take up to 30 days.
